1. Controlling your robot

MyRobo Monitor and Controls

  • Drive controls including step forward, step back, step left, step right
  • Steering controls including turn right, turn left
  • Speed up or slow down commands like a real car
  • Neck pivot movements and step movements
  • Ability to monitor robotic sensors in real time with visual feedback
  • Complex, multiple movements at the same time allowed
2. Learning about your robot

Direct commands and bluetooth messages

  • Most NXT direct commands supported
  • Learn to create beeps of various frequencies and length
  • Learn to turn the motors like wheels or like pivots
  • Set sensors and get messages back from the robot showing their value
  • Test out sonar, ambient and reflected light and touch sensors
3. Programming your robot
